CuriousWorks and Milk Crate Theatre teamed up together to deliver a free creative workshop series called Fetch Quest. Hosted at Fairfield City HQ, the workshops were open to people with and without disability, to adults young and old, and required no previous experience.
Fetch Quest was created in response to the hostile nature of the daily grind. The workshop series encouraged folks to turn off survival mode and engage in creativity instead. Facilitators Miranda Aguilar and Bedelia Lowrenčev led participants in generative idea-making and skill-building through fun activities including creative writing, movement, and improvisation.
